CorTech Purchases Prime Office Space in Perimeter Area of Atlanta for New HQ

CorTech would like to announce today that we have purchased the office space located at the Sorrano. the Serrano is located at 901 Abernathy Road, Atlanta GA. The 6500 square foot office will slowing transition into the new CorTech LLC world headquarters.
This is a great long term transaction for the company, not only will CorTech have a solid asset in a prime Perimeter location, CorTech in 2017 can potentially realize 114,000.00 to 126,000.00 annually savings on rent expense.
