Jennifer White Promoted to VP of Centralized Search Operations at CorTech International
Jennifer take over Centralized Operation
CorTech International is proud to announce that Jennifer White has been promoted to VP of Centralized Search Operations. Jennifer has been with CorTech for 7 years and has had roles such as Recruiter, Account Manager and Director of Search. Jennifer has come to CorTech out of Kennesaw State University and has managed large MSP/VMS accounts for CorTech International. Jennifer’s new role will be to lead the CorTech centralized search and operation support groups in the USA, Philippines, and India to its next wave of growth. Over the past year CorTech has restructured its centralized search operations and has made major changes in process as well as invested heavily in building next generation robotic automation tools to assist in the recruitment/search, on-boarding, as well as additional automation of our MSP/VMS support vertical.

Jennifer’s centralized search operations will be tasked to grow the MSP/VMS search business with the assistance of provisional patented technology from PowerRecruiter-Recruiter-X. We are looking at servicing MSP/VMS through a new lens and feel that we can provide a much more robust, quality all around service through this next generation service model. “With all new technology there has been some integration pains, but we are definitely starting to see some nice margin expansion and operating cost efficiencies through the newly rolled out solution,” stated – Vincent Rossy (CorTech – CEO).

Vin Rossy further stated, “On another note CorTech over the last 14 months as part of its strategy has divested roughly 55 million dollars of business which were low margin business and has strategically acquired operations as well as worked to grow its organic business that have characteristics of higher margins and lower DSO. The strategy has lowered year over year over all sales growth for CorTech but have increased gross margins and lowered operating costs.”

Throughout the last year, CorTech has created, implemented, and released numerous technical and procedural changes, which have positioned CorTech to be extremely responsive to our client’s needs and allowed us to increase our competiveness in a challenging talent market.
