CorTech Acquires Assets of AIM Distribution of Rockford, IL
CorTech International acquired the assets of AIM Distribution of Rockford, IL for an undisclosed amount.
AIM Distribution has been in business since 2006 and is a reseller of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), Janitorial & Sanitation Products, Office Supplies, and Technology Equipment. AIM has roughly 300+ clients that will be added to CorTech International's roughly 1,000 current clients in North America.
“CorTech is looking to cross market AIM’s product business with CorTech International's client base as the large amount of warehouse and manufacturing clients that CorTech deals with requires the products that AIM Distribution sells. On the flip side, CorTech will look to grow its staffing and labor solutions to AIM’s current client base. We will also look to bundle solutions as well. It should be a fun project and we are looking forward to seeing the success!” Stated CorTech Internationals CEO Vincent Rossy.
“We are looking to bundle industrial solutions in a way that has not been done before and work to compete in a new industry with some new competitors,” Stated CorTech Internationals President Ben Rosencrants.
AIM Distribution Management team will be staying with the newly acquired products group and Gordy Hall will be leading the operation from Rockford, IL.
