CorTech Mergers Partnership Staffing Into Operations
CorTech LLC, a global staffing provider based in Atlanta, continued its recent acquisition spree with the purchase of Richmond, Va.-based Partnership Staffing on Dec. 31.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the company said the transaction immediately adds to positive cash flow and EBITDA.
Partnership Staffing will keep its brand, operating as Partnership Staffing a CorTech company. CEO Bill Auchmoody will remain with the merged operations and lead the Virginia region; the company’s staff will also join CorTech.
“We are looking forward to expanding and growing with Bill Auchmoody and the Partnership Staffing team,” said CorTech CEO Vincent Rossy. “His organization is solid and we at CorTech are fortunate to have them as part of our growth initiative.” .
In a goal to add up to $110 million in sales via acquisitions by the end of the 2016, CorTech recently acquired Wisconsin-based Integrated Staffing; Job Express of Wyoming, which operates as JEX Staffing; the assets of Integrated Staffing; and Southern California-based RecruitPro Inc
