ACG ATLANTA ANNOUNCES 40 FASTEST-GROWING COMPANIES IN GEORGIA Honorees Recognized at Awards Dinner & Gala at Intercontinental Hotel Atlanta in June May 12, 2016: ATLANTA - The Atlanta Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth® (ACG), a global professional organization with the mission of Driving Middle-Market Growth®, today announced the 2016 Georgia Fast 40, recognizing the top 40 fastest-growing middle-market companies in Georgia.

“The companies being honored this year exemplify ACG’s focus on driving middle-market growth and demonstrate the strength and significance of this sector in Georgia,” said Denise Boyd, ACG Atlanta chapter president.

Applicants were required to submit three years of verifiable revenue and employment growth records, which were validated by national accounting firm and founding Diamond sponsor, Cherry Bekaert LLP. An ACG Selection Committee evaluated each application and conducted in-person interviews with all qualified applicants. All companies on the list are for profit, headquartered in Georgia and reported 2015 annual revenues ranging from $15 to $500 million.

“These 40 companies represent 14,110 new jobs and $1.9 billion in revenue growth,” said James Vanke, chairman of the 2016 Georgia Fast 40 Awards and managing director at Pensionmark Retirement Group, LLC. “The lower middle-market honorees had more than a 99 percent weighted growth rate, and the upper middle-market honorees had more than a 53 percent weighted growth rate.”

ACG Atlanta will present the awards at the Georgia Fast 40 Awards Dinner and Gala at the Intercontinental Hotel in Buckhead on June 23, 2016, at which more than 600 leaders in the Georgia business community will be in attendance.
