CorTech adds to Mid-West Footprint

CorTech LLC today has announced that they have acquired Metro Staffing Service with its HQ located in Westerville, OH. Metro has five physical locations in OH, IL, KY, MN, and NC. Metro Staffing services the Industrial and Admin skill categories. The combined operations will now have just about 60 physical locations in the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada.
CorTech is a full service staffing operation that supports all staffing verticals which include MSP, Local Office Staffing as well as Direct Hire Solutions. CorTech LLC is headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Over the last year CorTech has continued with its plan and has divested additional lower margin business and has worked to add higher margin business across all verticals. CorTech has proforma revenues of about 270 Million +- with roughly 20 million dollars +- in EBITDA.
